DESCRIPTION:
The proposed project consists of renovation and enlargement of the existing Montcalm London Marble Arch Hotel. The works include the following:
- GF refurbishment, including a new reception, breakfast bar, morning room, dining room, meeting room, kitchen and 4 new bedrooms.
- New 3 story infill at first, second and third floor to create 11 new rooms.
- New mansard roof extension, at third floor to create 3 new rooms.
- Associated MEP works.
