The proposed project consists of the refurbishment and extension of an existing hotel next to Lake Windemere in the Lake District. The full scope of works is as follows:
- Extension to the existing main hotel building to increase the bedroom count.
- Bedroom Extension to create 12 Nr additional rooms.
- New build spa facility.
