DESCRIPTION:

The works comprise of the strip out of the existing commercial space and conversion into a retail store for a bespoke tailor. The existing townhouse was fit out to a very high standard over four floors to create a one-off retail shop. The works included a barber to the lower ground floor, retail joinery and a bar to the second floor.
