Graduating from Loughborough University with an honours degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Liam Brown, has worked for over 15 years as a cost consultant and project manager both on the client and contractor side.
He has extensive knowledge of Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration/Employers Agent roles and has worked across the industry sectors specialising in leisure, residential new build, high end residential and commercial sectors.
Liam manages all Cost/CA/EA responsibilities on these projects, matching the varying Client’s needs and also working closely with the design teams to ensure the Client’s Brief is achieved.
Liam’s previous position prior to Savile Brown was running a team of over 18 strong, delivering QS/ Cost consultancy roles, across all sectors on a number of high-profile projects.
Arthur is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University London. With over 10 years’ experience as a Cost Consultant, Arthur has worked and advised on some of London’s best Super Prime Residences for high wealth Clients.
As a Professional Cost and Project Manager with a clear and focussed approach to delivering and meeting client objectives, Arthur is able to adapt to all fields of construction. He places a strong emphasis on robust Cost Planning and Financial Management through all construction stages.
Arthur has advised on many projects and with specialism Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Employers Agent, Project Management, Financial Control and Quantum Assessment Support in Dispute Resolution.
He has been principally working on super-prime residential projects in Central London and Surrey, focusing on Kensington and Regents Park areas for both private clients and speculative developments and has also worked on a number of educational, commercial, hotel experience and service-related markets.
Stephen Brown is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Association of Project Management, with over 42 years of experience, the majority as a Partner and/or Director of major practices working on commercial, infrastructure and public sector projects both in the UK and internationally.
Stephen was previously a Director of the Macintyre Housing Association providing specialist needs housing, a Director of Borough High Street Developments and London and Waverley Developments undertaking commercial developments in London.
Stephen brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the commercial drivers.
Stephen’s expertise is in cost control and bringing projects within the Client’s approved budgets and ensuring that best value is achieved through innovative thinking.
Will graduated from the University of Reading in 2014 with a first-class honours degree in Quantity Surveying and achieved professional accreditation in 2017 through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Will now has over 5 years’ experience working at a private cost consultancy and has gained a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors including high end residential, commercial and leisure. With projects sizes ranging from £1M-£50M, gaining a wealth of experience pre and post contract.
Will has now joined Savile Brown Associates as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and provides an exceptional service to each client.
Elyas graduated from the University of Reading achieving a first-class honours degree in Quantity Surveying.
Prior to beginning his studies, as well as during several summer placements, Elyas worked for a small sized cost consultancy as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor allowing him to gain a strong foundation of experience in the roles of a cost consultant.
Upon completion of his studies, Elyas spent time working at a medium sized cost consultancy in central London. He was heavily involved in mixed-use scheme developments and sports facilities ranging from £3m – £100m. During this time Elyas has gained considerable pre-contract experience.
Elyas has joined Savile Brown Associates as a Quantity Surveyor and is eager to develop his overall career to allow him to provide the best service he can to each client.
Tristan graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa achieving a honours degree in Quantity Surveying.
During the completion of his studies, Tristan worked for a large sized cost consultancy in South Africa, as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The position affording him the opportunity to grow and gain experience in the role of a cost consultant.
After a year of travel Tristan returned to South Africa, this time working for a medium sized contractor involved mainly with refurbishments and mixed-use scheme developments ranging from £1m – £150m.
Tristan has moved to Savile Brown Associates from Johannesburg, as a Quantity Surveyor excited at the prospect of a new challenge and growth in his career, always with the clients’ interests at heart.
Heather graduated from the Loughborough University with a BA (hons) in English and Sports Science. She also obtained a Masters in Inclusive Education from The Institute of Education in London, and a PGCE from St Mary’s University in Twickenham.
After graduating from Loughborough, Heather moved to London and worked as a Primary Teacher for several years before changing career and training as an Interior Designer at KLC School of Design. She has a passion for both property and design and works as an Interior Designer alongside her job as Office Manager at Savile Brown Associates.
